The Blues secured a much needed win over a battling Cwmafan.
Both sides contributed to an entertaining and competitive match, with the experience and clinical finishing of Ystradgynlais being the difference.
The tries were scored by Emyr Addey, Sean Harries, Luc Williams, Ben Williams and a brace for Curtis Davies. Special mention to Luc Williams who scored a try of season contender.
Ystrad now move back to the top half of the table and have now secured more bonus points than any other team in the division.
